  • Order acceptance occurs only after payment is successfully received.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:
    • The product is out of stock
    • Payment is not completed
    • There is suspicion of fraudulent activity

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • Once shipped, tracking details will be provided.
  • Amisha Designer Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of fashion jewellery, we only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Damaged product on arrival
  • Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos or videos).
  • Cancellation requests can be made before the order is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

  • All designs, photographs, logos, content, and brand materials on our website and social media are the intellectual property of Amisha Designer Jewellery.
