💎 Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We truly value your trust and strive to offer beautiful, high-quality jewellery and a smooth shopping experience.
Because each piece is carefully crafted and inspected before dispatch, our policies are designed to be clear, fair, and transparent.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Since our jewellery pieces are fashion and personal wear items, we accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

✅ Wrong item delivered
✅ Damaged or defective product received
✅ Missing item in the parcel

Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, size, design preference, or slight color variations due to photography or lighting.


2. Reporting an Issue

If your order qualifies for return or exchange:

  1. You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Email or WhatsApp us with:
    • Your Order ID
    • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

3. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, our support team will guide you with the next steps.
  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • The product must be shipped back within 5 working days of approval.
  • In case of a wrong or defective item, we will arrange pickup or reimburse reasonable courier charges.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Earrings or ear accessories
  • Hair accessories
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special offers

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment (Razorpay, UPI, Card, etc.).
  • If you used Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be sent via bank transfer or UPI.
  • In case of exchange, we’ll ship your replacement item as soon as the return is approved.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Prepaid order cancellations (before shipping) will be refunded within 5–7 working days.

7. Damaged During Transit

If your parcel is damaged during transit:

  • Do not discard the outer packaging.
  • Share unboxing photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We’ll replace or refund as per our inspection.

8. Color & Design Disclaimer

All jewellery pieces are photographed under professional lighting.
Minor color differences or texture variations may occur due to screen settings or camera lighting — these will not qualify as defects or return reasons.
